Luo described China and Brunei as "friendly neighbors across the sea". Toward Brunei Minister of Culture, Youth and Sports Aminuddin Ihsan Abidin, he said the two countries have had fruitful interaction and cooperation in cultural fields.
The China and Brunei tourism ministries should implement the consensus reached by leaders of the two countries and prepare for the China-Brunei tourism year in 2020, he added.
