Expats get traditional flair in Caoxian, Shandong

During a hanfu release event held on April 8 in Caoxian county, a group of expats experienced this traditional Chinese attire. With flowing robes, wide sleeves and elegant silhouettes, they got a firsthand look at the charm of hanfu.
Caoxian county, located in Heze city of East China's Shandong province, is one of the biggest producers of hanfu. In 2024, sales in the county exceeded 12 billion yuan ($1.63 billion).
