China Sunergy plans US listing

Merrill Lynch & Co, Cowen and Company and Jefferies & Co will underwrite the proposed IPO, according to a preliminary offering document filed with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The Nanjing-based company is seeking a NASDAQ listing. (For more biz stories, please visit Industries)
