Tu Jianchuan, a teacher at a vocational institute in Chongqing, uses a kitchen knife to write Chinese calligraphy, Sept 7, 2015. A master in food carving, Tu has taught countless students the technique for five years. Two years ago, an idea flashed through his mind.
