What do you think of China's efforts to end poverty?

Government can help to identify what kind of small business is needed in places where seed money will be loaned to potential business owners. Medical bills are curses for poor families. A wide net or low-cost medical insurance can be set up. Each family pays a small premium and can get help when medical disasters struck. It is not easy to accomplish this huge task. But when there is a will there will be a way. I applaud Chinese government in taking this action which shows the real nature of China, people first.
