Kate says kids ‘sobbing’ at loss of cameras

Barbara Walters “10 Most Fascinating People” special has become a bit predictable, but leave it to Kate Gosselin to spark some interest in this year's show.

On the show, which airs Wednesday at 10 p.m. on ABC, Gosselin tells Walters that her eight children actually miss having TLC camera crews follow them, to the point the kids were all “sobbing” at the loss of their former pals.

“They cried in the van on the way home from school the other day,” Gosselin told Walters. “They kept asking, ‘Where’s the camera crew? Where’s the camera crew? We miss them.’ And I said, ‘Our show is over.’ ”

The kids’ nostalgia for the “Jon & Kate Plus 8” crew dovetails with sentiment from a source close to the canceled production who said, “with rare exceptions, the kids liked filming. They were used to the cameras, the crew was friendly. And they got to do a lot of fun things because of the show, what’s not to like?”

Justin Timberlake, it’s not about you

Timberlake must have missed the memo that unlike the times he’s on stage at one of his concerts, this isn’t about him.
